Since
2004, I work from home in Randwick. Clients make an appointment to bring equipment in for repair as well as
for its collection. (Certain professional couriers can also be used.)

Out
of hours appointments may be possible as I understand work commitments can
make it difficult for some.

When
an appointment is made, please ensure you arrive at the specified time. If
there is any problem with this kindly ring and let me know.

Should
you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice
otherwise a fee is payable.

When
an appointment is made, I set aside the time (normally 15 minutes) to see
you and to discuss the repair(s) with you. That is why it is important to be
punctual.

It
is often easier to arrange a suitable appointment time by email, as I am
happy to correspond outside of normal business hours.

Parking
is usually very easy. There are some stairs from the street so please do not
hesitate to ask for any assistance.
